Social Media Manager

Type:  Part -Time /  Internship
Pay:  Hourly or Monthly Retainer
Hours: 4-6 per week, Flexible

Job description:
BON! Specialty Coffee is looking for a cool and creative Social Media Manager to run our Instagram and TikTok. This role is open to interns and part-timers alike. You'll be the one capturing, editing, and posting content that shows off BON!, while also bringing your own ideas to the table.

What You'll Do:

• Visit BON! locations 2-3x per week to shoot photo and video content

• Edit and post content consistently across Instagram and TikTok

• Come up with creative concepts for posts, reels, and campaigns (not just execution, ideas too)

• Represent the BON! brand in person while filming/shooting in the shop

• Cover special events and promotions in real time

• Manage influencer outreach and collaborations

• Pack and ship PR/influencer packages

• Help shape overall social and marketing strategy as you grow into the role

• Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to boost brand awareness and engagement

• Create compelling content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with branding guidelines and campaign goals.

• Manage daily social media activities

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Genuine interest in content creation, social media, and marketing

• Comfortable shooting content, appearing in content, and being around customers in the coffee shop during busy hours

• Strong eye for what works on Instagram and TikTok

• Reliable and able to commit to regular in-person meetings

• Proficiency in editing content for creating eye-catching visuals.

• Experience with video editing and photography to produce engaging multimedia content

• Ability to craft compelling copy with excellent proofreading skills that align with branding standards.

• Strong relationship management skills to engage audiences effectively across various channels.

• Compensation can be hourly or a fixed monthly retainer, depending on experience
