Job description:
BON! Specialty Coffee is hiring an Assistant Barista to support our bar team. No experience? No problem, we'll train you. Some coffee or customer service background is a plus, but not required.

What You'll Do:

• Support the bar team with prepping, brewing, and serving drinks

• Learn our recipes and techniques from the ground up

• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and welcoming

• Take orders and run the register

• Pitch in wherever the shop needs you during a shift

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Reliable and on time

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Friendly with customers, easy to work with on a team

Expectations:

• Previous experience is not required. We can train you, the BON way!

• Coffee, food service, or customer service experience is a plus

• Full-time and part-time schedules available
